With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter E. Trabbold Jr. of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Trabbold. He is survived by: his children, Robin Colantuono (Carl) and Joyce Bunting (Ken); his grandchildren, Jennifer Colantuono, Heather Colantuono, Jessica Bunting (Patrick Manili), Stephanie Bunting Steyer (Jeff) and Michael Bunting (Candice); and his great grandchildren, Sienna Phillips (Colantuono), Evelyn Steyer (Bunting) and Myla Bunting.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gebhart Funeral Homes (3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gracelawn Memorial Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
