With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vivian M. Smith (Wilmington, Delaware), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 65. In the sacred silence of farewell, Vivian is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Lee and Corrine Smith; and her siblings, Wilbur Lee Smith, Jr. and Celeste Goode. She is survived by: her son Shaquile; and her brother Curtis Lee Smith (Darlene). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Congo Funeral Home-Gray Avenue (201 N Gray Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
