He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Mae Holden; and his close friends, Robert James and Timothy Seth. He is survived by: his father Jesse Shepeard; his son Toranio Jermaine Holden Hargraves; his grandsons, Toranio Jermaine Hargraves and Emmad Candon Hargraves; his siblings, Valerie Williamson (Gregory), Lois Meads (Timothy), Christine Campbell, Deondra Scott, Preston Linear, Eric Shepeard and Jesse Shepeard III; his close friends, James "Jamo" Smalls, Ryan "Heck" Henry and Michael "Umi" Sewell; his sisters, Jaqueline Darby and Angie Price; and his close friends, Shanna Marrs and Mia Hargraves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Legacy Center (501 W 28th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Silverbrook Cemetery (3300 Lancaster Pike, Wilmington, DE 19805).
