He is survived by: his wife Dr. Edna Neary (Arrieta); his children, Michael Neary of Arlington, VA and Michelle Neary (Clayton Swears) of Rockville, MD; his grandchildren, Sabine and Clayton Swears of Rockville, MD.; and his sisters, Ceil Frank of Toms River, NJ and Dr. Patricia Neary-Ludmer of Westfield, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
