He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Fitzgerald, Sr. and Hazel Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Valeria Fitzgerald; his children, Spencer Wayne Fitzgerald, Jr. and Tiffany W. Powers; and his brother James R. Fitzgerald, Jr.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
