It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Herndon (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, who passed away on September 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Richardson; and her former husband John Richardson. She is survived by: her son John Richardson (Laura); her grandchildren, Heather, Emily and Aaron; and her niece Helen Ruff (George).
