She was predeceased by: her parents, Tessie Bianco (Dobies) and Frank Louis Bianco; her husband Walter W. Ruff, Jr.; her sons, Anthony F. and Christopher P. Ruff; her sister Patricia Columbo; and her grandson Christopher Ruff, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Michael K. Ruff (Elizabeth) of Middletown and Stacey D. Prucino (Gary) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Lauren, Morgan, Ashley, Logan, Heather and Danielle; her great grandchild Bentley; and her daughter-in-law Alison Ruff of Odessa.
