Loved by many Tommy leaves to cherish his mother Frances Thomas. 2 brothers, Russell Thomas Jr (Lisa). and Quincey Thomas. 3 sisters, Lisa Thomas (Walter). Yvonne Wiggins (Gerald). and Quana Thomas. and a host of Aunts. Uncles. Nieces. Nephews. and Cousins. Tommy is also Preceded in death by his father Russell Thomas Sr.
