He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Dickens (Stevenson) and Jessie Dickens; his significant other Mary Marsh; his great grandchild River Cannoy; and his siblings, Goldia Ambergy, Faye Bowman, Marcia Havens and Kenneth Dickens.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Dickens (Karen), Dawn Shutak (Dave), Kim Givens and Carlena Foresta (Erminio); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Cannoy (Charlie), David Shutak (Hailey), Olivia Shutak (Wild Bill), Caitlin Givens (Chris), Ryan Givens, Riley Givens, Jesse Dickens (Kayla), Tyler Foresta (Mallory), Chandler Foresta, Trevor Foresta, Alessia Foresta and Elena Foresta; his great grandchildren, Graylon and Massimo; the mother of his children Elizabeth Dickens; and his sister Lourenda Waters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Ducks Unlimited, New Castle County.
