He is survived by: his wife Maureen Yearsley Wilcox; his children, Steve Wilcox (Jean) of Glen Olden, PA and Michele Wilcox Grow (Steve) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler Grow (Allison) of Apex, NC, Nathan Grow (Kelley) of Cary, NC and Lauren Grow (Kurt Yana) of Apex, NC; and his great grandchildren, Asher Grow and Aleesia Grow.
