He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Julian (Tavani) and John Julian; his siblings, Adeline Sarro, Gabe Julian and J. R. Julian; and his son-in-law Douglas V. Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Julian (Nepa); his children, Robert Julian (Candy), Karla Julian, Lorraine Julian Scott (Thomas H. Scott) and Nancy Julian; his grandchildren, Adelina, Isabella Julian and Shaley Scott; and his sister Joan Rizzo.
