He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Pagenkemper (Gerber) and Arthur Pagenkemper; his former wife Kathleen Ann; his brothers, Frank Pagenkemper and Arthur Pagenkemper; and his stepson Eric Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Barclay; his children, Lee Pagenkemper, Lynn Pagenkemper and Lori Mansfield (John); and his stepson Patrick Plummer (Debra). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nemours Children's Hospital in Robert's memory.
