He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Courtland and Edna Deskin (Ainsworth); his wife Mary Gay Deskin (Laughlin); his son Andy Deskin; and the parents of child, Paul and Edna Deskin.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Deskin (Rachel) of St. Petersburg, FL and Paula Korstvedt (Benjamin) of Rutland, MA; his grandchildren, Thomas Deskin, Matthew Deskin and Samuel Korstvedt; and his sister-in-law Alice Scott. He is also survived by four nephews and nieces.
