He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlie Lee Brooks and Dixie L. Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Frances Singles; his children, Deborah Malekzadeh of Pike Creek and Dale Brooks of New Castle; his sister Karla J. Zweifel of Medina, Ohio; and his daughter Donna. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
