He is survived by: his brother Stan Kozicki (Joan); his caregiver Mary Chrzanowski (John); his brother Larry Kozicki (Gina); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kozicki (Ann), Mary Kate Mieczkowski (Bobby), Matthew Kozicki (Trish), Lauren Edgar (Dan), Elizabeth Narasaki (Mike) and Adam Kozicki (Sydney Pluta); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michelle, Sean, Kevin, Johanna, Ryan Kozicki, Abby Mieczkowski, Colin, Ella, Shane, Maggie Edgar, Noah, Nathan and Ava Narasaki.
