He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Julian and Joanna Ciccarelli Julian; his stepson John DiVirgilio; and his brothers, Joseph Julian, Jr. and Samuel Julian.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Julian; his children, Paul Julian, Jr. (Jennifer Hall Thomas), Joanna Newcomer (Mark), Mark Julian and Rebecca Julian; his stepson Ray DiVirgilio; his grandchildren, Chelsi Carter (Shane), Samuel Newcomer and Emily Newcomer; and his great grandchild Madilyn Carter.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home (2309 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805). A prayer was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
