He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Randolph and Maggie Celeste Sudler Seals; his siblings, Ruth (Arlington), Hazel (Pete), Arthur "Tom" (Bernice), William "Bill" (Gladys) and Robert "Bobby" (Lillian); and his siblings-in-law, Ralph (Juanita), Emory, Homer (Marie), Garfield (Annie), John (Mary), Margaret, Florence (Clarence), Jessie (Emerson), Gladys (Bill), Merna (Donald), Lillian (Bobby) and Virginia (Earle).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his siblings, Gibbs and Evalena Seals Burke; his godsons, Troy H. Egerson (Donna) and R. Scott Henry (Rysheda); and his close friends, Stanley Egerson, George Brittingham, Maurice Brooks, Ron McGill, Ken Monroe and Randy Montgomery. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
