She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell David Toms and Eunice Eugenia Toms (Stripling). She is survived by: her husband Steven T. McGowan; her daughters, Laura Elizabeth McGowan of Davis, CA. and Amanda Cecilia McGowan of Philadelphia, PA; and her siblings, Eunice Eugenia McGarahan (Richard McGarahan), Dale Rosalyn Moore (Robert Moore) and Russell David Toms Jr. (Leslie Toms).
