She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Kok Barbato (late Jim), Richard Kok (Maria), Robert Kok, Sr. (Mary Anne) and Nicholas Kok, Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Dena Lundy Padovani, Robert Kok, Jr., Allison Kok, Natalie Kok and Lauren Kok; her great grandchildren, Stephen Lundy, Angelo Padovani, Lena Padovani and Nicholas Padovani; and her great great grandchild Waylon James Lundy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Wounded Warriors.
