He is survived by: his children, Cara Carter of Wilmington, Cathleen Hartsky-Carter (Sean) of Claymont and Mark John William Hartsky of Claymont; his grandchildren, Sean Michael, Theresa, Cara Rose, John and Conor Carter; and his siblings, Suzanne Blowers, Michael Hartsky, Lynn Brown (Alan), Tom Hartsky, Judy DiMichele (Joey), John Hartsky (Lisa), Jim Hartsky (Gail), Jean Pote and Carolyn Henry (Bill). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
