She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry L. Foye and Elizabeth Foye (Wade). She is survived by: her siblings, Henry D. Foye and Sandra Webster of Lansdale, PA. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and beloved relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar House of Wright Mortuary - New Castle (208 E 35th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rolling Green Memorial Park.
