Madeline P. Troise Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madeline P. Troise of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madeline P. Troise to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Gildea and Margaret Gildea (McDonough); and her husband Nicholas J. "Pete" Troise. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Troise (Denise), Deanna Slivinski (Gregory) and Denise Pettoruto; her grandchildren, Matthew Troise, Dina Mendick (Michael), Nichole Slivinski (Gary), Gregory Slivinski Jr. (Jackie) and Joshua Pettoruto; her great grandchildren, Jozlyn Slivinski, Aubrey Slivinski, Jayce Slivinski and Michael Mendick III; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Teoli and Anna Troise. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (301 N Bancroft Pkwy, Wilmington, DE 19805). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Cathedral Cemetery (2400 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805).
