He is survived by: his wife Tommie Simmons (Welch); his children, Stephanie Lynn Simmons, Terri Lee Peffley (Mike) and Christopher Morgan Simmons; and his grandchildren, Abbigael Peffley, Michael Peffley Jr. (Riley), Jacob Peffley, Andrew Peffley and Rowan Simmons.
