She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Henry Kulaga and Irene Kulaga (Zawisha). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Henry (Tasha), Laura (John) and Jack (Loren); her granddaughters, Charlotte and Audrey Hensley; her children, Erin, Mary Ann Margaret and Rory O'Meara; her sister Dr. Henrietta Kulaga; and her cousin Janet Muchnicki.
