She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret L. Davis and Merryman Allen; her husbands, Freddie L. Foster and Bob Annand; and her siblings, Lillian Quillen, Lana Mitchell, Bonnie Arnold and Gordon Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Foster (Cheryl), Mike Foster (Cindy), Renee Clark, Jeff Foster (Peggy) and Gordon Foster; and her sisters, Connie Glover (Bill) and Peggy Small (Rickey). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren: sixteen great -grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
