He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brzozowski and Helen Brzozowski (Korzeniecka); and his wife Antoinette Brzozowski (Kozlowski). He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Racine (Brian) and Noelle Phillips (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Racine and Rachael Phillips; and his brothers, Carl (Ann) and Paul Brzozowski (Bernadine).
