It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin D. Shelly (Wilmington, Delaware), who passed away on May 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfathers, Robert Shelly and Alfred Smoyer; his parents, Bret Shelly and Gina Shelly; his siblings, Christopher Shelly and Brooke Shelly (Andrew Greenjack); his nephew Andrew R. Greenjack; and his grandmothers, Sandra Shelly and Lita Smoyer. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
