We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2024, Joy M. Barlow of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Emerson and Gertrude Rutter Emerson; her husband Leonard L. Barlow; her siblings, Clarence Emerson, Earl Emerson, Edith Talyai and James Emerson; and her great grandchild John Patrick Burke.
She is survived by: her boyfriend James Beail; her children, Leonard W. Barlow, David K. Barlow (Judith) and Nancy J. Donovan (John); her grandchildren, Heather Burke (Craig), Brian Barlow, Jennifer Chace, Brad Barlow (Kellie), Dawn Pietryka Smyth (Mike) and Alicia Barlow (Amadio); and her great grandchildren, Brett, Christopher, Zachary and Connor.
