With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph W. Smith Sr. (Wilmington, Delaware), who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Smith and Venton Smith; his sisters, Delores Hutchins and Lois Yeager; and his great grandchild Bret Joseph Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. Smith Jr., Louise Hyatt (Dan), Theresa Haas (David) and Jeff Smith (Shelli); his grandchildren, Ryan Haas (Tania), Samual Haas, Natalie Lewis (Evan), Lindsay Williamson (Rob), Daniel Hyatt, Emily Lewis (Nathan), Julia Smith and Mason Smith; and his brother Venton Smith (Jack).
