He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dick, Alice Duvall, George and Barbara Ross; his uncle Michael Ross; his aunt Lori Duvall Dolan; and the mother of his child Roseann Hottes.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Scott-Duvall; his daughter Brittany Lynn Duvall; his grandchild Milani Rose Kennedy; his stepson Nicholas Crossland; his daughter Jade Lynn Crossland (Victor Jacinito); his parents, Beverly Ross Taggart (Mark) and John Duvall (Cindy); his siblings, Craig Taggart (Jennifer) and Kelsey M. Taggart (Sean Charles); and his nieces and nephews, Rowan and Logan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Richardson Park United Methodist Church (11 N Maryland Ave, Wilmington, DE 19804). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Richardson Park United Methodist Church (11 N Maryland Ave, Wilmington, DE 19804).
