She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Cherneski (Reneski) and Joseph Cherneski; and her sisters, Dolores Golonoski and Marie Sepela. She is survived by: her husband James Kubasko, Sr.; her children, James "Jim" Jr. (Michelle Kubasko) and Holly Ann (Joseph Sammons); her grandchildren, Katie, Ryan, Annalise Kubasko and Joseph Sammons, Jr.; and her brothers, Daniel Cherneski (Barbara) and Joseph Cherneski (Mary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
