With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan F. Bell of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Watson and Marian Griffith Watson; her brother Robert Watson; and her son Barry Bell. She is survived by: her husband D. Webster Bell II of Wilmington, DE; her children, Derek Morrow (Cheri) of Landenberg, PA and Leah Bell-Bertsch (Kris) of Wilmington, DE; her stepson D. Webster Bell III (Meghan) of Wilmington, DE; and her grandchildren, Alexia Bell, Brianna Morrow, Fallon Bertsch, Aidan Bell, Tanner Bell and Brody Bell.
