She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Gwynn and Helen Vila Gwynn; and her grandchild Ashley Frame. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Carolyn Frame, James J. Frame, Jr., Janice L. Hernandez (Terry), William C. Parent Jr. and Katherine F. Parent; her brother William Gwynn Jr.; her grandchildren, Kevin Frame, Caitlyn Harkins, Megan Hernandez and Zachary Frame; and her great grandchild Jayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Delaware Humane Society, where her beloved Chelsea and Mitzy were adopted and cherished.
