He was predeceased by: his father Albert Joseph "Joe" Irons; his son Matthew Irons; and the father of his child Albert "Joe" Irons. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Michelina), Joseph, Amanda and Christine; his grandchildren, Alivia, Dominic and Jay; his mother Mary Luella "Lu" Irons (Knotts); and his siblings, Albert Jr. "Joe" (Diane), Victoria, John (Kathy) and James (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (901 E Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
