She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Mason Bogart and Laura Bogart (Roach); her husband David H. McAndrews, Jr.; her daughter Kathleen E. Conaway; and her sister Dolores Wiggins.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Jean Phipps (Rick) and David H. McAndrews III. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jan's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
