He was predeceased by: his wife Leslie Tozier; and his sister Nancy Ennis. He is survived by: his children, Amy S. Coogan (Kevin) and David G. Sylvanus (Maria); his grandchildren, Catherine Coogan (Jay Hobbs), Anna Coogan (Robin Pyle), Joseph Coogan (Kelsey), Lillian Coogan and Monica Sylvanus; and his stepgranddaughter Mary Green. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
