He was predeceased by: his parents, Minerva Dunnigan and Jessie Dunnigan. He is survived by: his siblings, Lizzie Foster (John), Debbie Lucious (JC), Carol Crenshaw, Richard Lewis (Mary) and Jessie Dunnigan (Cathy); his sisters-in-law, Cleo Lewis and Mary Ann Lewis; and his friend Pamela. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
