He is survived by: his brother Steven Phillips; his fiancée Patricia Weber; his children, Brian Phillips (Nichele), Kevin Phillips (Catherine) and Michele Haas (Kyle); his stepchildren, Nick Gordon (Lauren), Melissa Nguyen (Josh), Kelly Weber and Krissy Weber; and his former wives, Tina Cusick and Linda Phillips. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
