She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Vitone. She is survived by: her children, Michael Vitone (Cari) of Lincoln University, PA and Cheryl Gniewoz (Zach) of Wilmington; and her grandchildren, Michael, Jake, Peyton, Cole, Jayson and Logan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends Home in Kennett, 147 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.

“Our deepest condolences to your entire family. We’ve known your mother since she moved into Oceanworld. I can’t even imagine what it will be like sitting at the pool and her not sitting at her favorite table. Each night her and Kathy would ride through the campground with their cocktail and stop to talk to us. She loved all of you very much. We are unable to attend the service but our thoughts & prayers will be with your family. She will be dearly missed. Marie & Neil Dempsey”
