He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Rose and Regina Rose; his wife Julianna Frances Matus; his children, George (Lisa), Michele Dempsey (Robert) and Kevin (Ron Kroha); his sister Rosemary Holley (Edward); his grandchildren, Jessika Rose (Bill Morris), George Rose III, Sean Dempsey, Sophia Dempsey, David Dempsey and Emily Dempsey; and his siblings-in-law, Maryanne Jordon of Austin, TX and John Matus (Christine Bowen) of Laguna Beach, CA. He was also cherished by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Little Sisters of the Poor" or "The Tunnel to Towers Foundation.".
