He was predeceased by: his parents, James Julian and Rose Julian (Giuliani); his wife Patricia Ann (Sullivan-Dougherty); his child Francis; and his sister Dolores.
He is survived by: his children, Mimi, Kathy (Mike), Frank (Beth), Karen, Jerry (Shelley), Joe (Kelley), Michael (Maria) and Patrick (Jessica); and his siblings, Louise, Joe and Roseann. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
