He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hartenstein and Leola Hartenstein (Ayars); and his former wife Frances Hartenstein (VanMeter). He is survived by: his wife Judy (Oldham); his children, Dawn Miller (Rocky), Debbie Riley (James), Beth O'Grady and Mark Driver (Madelyn); his sisters, Lee Olney (Tom) and Robin Fennig (Rick); and his sisters-in-law, Merilyn McLaughlin and Carla Sites. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Peniel United Methodist Church (115 E Market St, Wilmington, DE 19804). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Frank's family would appreciate contributions to Peniel United Methodist Church.
