She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Casey (Hyland) and John Casey; her husband Donald Rusden; her son Jimmy Rusden; and her children-in-law, Michael Miller and Roberta Kordowski.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Miller, Donald Rusden, Patty Buckley (Stephen) and Chrissy Rusden; her grandchildren, Allison (Melvin), Danielle (Matt), Sean (Meghan), Gabe and Taylor (Frank); and her great grandchildren, Josh, Lia, Casey, Elizabeth and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made, in memory of Frances' mother, to Alzheimer's Assoc.
