She was predeceased by: her parents, Auther Fleming and Willie Fleming; her husband David Bell Sr.; her children, Gloria Jean, Shirley (Butch), Vivian (Richard), Howard, David Jr. and Linda; and her brothers, Aurther, James and John.
She is survived by: her children, Horace Sr. (Georgiann), Wallace, Cynthia (Kevin), Johnny (Kim) and Annette (Rodney); her sister Louise; and her sons-in-law, Richard and Butch. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the New Community Church of God (116 W 41st St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
