She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Clark and Dorothy Clark of Chadds Ford, PA; her siblings, Olga Byrd, Helen Smith, Edie Clark, Tommy Clark and Herbie Clark (late Isaiah M. Boyer, Sr.); her children, Isaiah M. Boyer, Jr. and Barbara E. Shepeard; and her great grandchildren, Diaviana Boyer and Julia Bradley.
She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Thomas "Tom" Clark, John McCoy and Andrew Wyeth; her children, Deborah V. Boyer and Dennis O. Boyer; her daughter-in-law Fern Boyer; and her grandchildren, Angela Boyer, Aronda Davis, Carrie Lanouette (Larry), Isaiah Boyer III (Stephanie), Devin Shepeard, Myra Shepeard, Fred Shepeard (Shyree), Sharee Williams and Deneisha Boyer. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
