She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Draper and Martha Draper; her former husband Ernest S. Carter Sr.; her husband Kenneth Webster; her daughter Martha Ann Carter; her siblings, Sidney and Roland Draper; and her friend Ernestine.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn C. Hanks, Ernestine McClendon (FL), Joan Carter, Brenda McCloud (CA), Ernest Carter and Vicky Carter-Wheeler (Tyrone); and her friends, Mary Mohammed, Shirley Edwards, Candi, Debbie, Larry and Ruben. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren.
