Dorothy S. Shearer Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Symonds and Elizabeth T. Symonds; and her siblings, William Symonds, George Symonds, Peggy Opel, Isabel Russell, Jack Symonds, Betty Irwin and Jerry Symonds (John).

She is survived by: her significant other John Shearer (Jack); her children, Kathleen Murphy (Joe), Carol Malovrh (Sam) and John Shearer III (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Beth Cox, Melissa Towles, Joe Murphy, Joe Campanella, Jennifer Shearer and John Shearer IV. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Dorothy's name to Delaware Humane Association.
