He is survived by: his pet Paperclip; his parents, Anthony Cicione and Deborah Cicione; his sisters, Angela Hambrick (Tim, Sr.) and Julie Reinwald (Brian); his nieces and nephews, TJ Hambrick, Jr., Logan Hambrick, Christopher Collins, Brittany Pytel (Joseph), Hailey Hambrick, Isabella Hambrick, Samantha Collins and McKenna Reinwald; his great-nieces, Addison Pytel and Josette Pytel; and also Mills.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home (2309 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805). A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
