She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Parker and Virginia Washington; her stepfather Rev. Dennis Washington Sr.; and her brothers, Dennis Washington, Jr., Carlton Parker Sr., George Parker and Robert Washington.
She is survived by: her son Oumar Parker; her daughter-in-law Muslima Parker; her stepson Joseph Moore (Tanya); her granddaughter Teia Phillips; her great grandchildren, Arthur Pratt and Taryn Pratt; and her close friend Jessica Fullman (Elaine Archangelo).
