With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane McClure Ercole of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hall McClure, Sr. and Vivian Horne McClure; her sister Karen Lee Valone; her sister-in-law Diana McClure; her great-nephew Anthony Meo, Jr.; her great-nieces, Renee Dorsey, June and Parker; her former husband Ernest Lewis Ercole; and her pet Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest II, Samantha (Antoine) and Alexandra; her grandchildren, Cassius, Chancellor, Ciovanni, Dominic, Giuliana, Calayah and Luca; her siblings, Robert Jr., Jane (Edward) and Brian; her nieces, Laura Beth, Amy, Alyson, Ashley, Kelsey and Lindsey; and also Michael Dempsey. She is also survived by her great-nieces and nephew.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brandywine Valley Funeral Care (412 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
